| Summary, etc | La Convención CITES es uno de los principales instrumentos jurídicos internacionales de carácter medioambiental cuyo objetivo fundamental consiste en la protección de la comercialización de las especies de flora y fauna silvestres en procura de su conservación. No obstante su importancia, existen múltiples razones por las cuales su eficacia y su finalidad se ven obstaculizadas. Mediante este trabajo se realizará una breve panorámica sobre los principales aspectos de la Convención CITES y analizarán los principales motivos que impiden el cumplimiento real del mismo. |
