| Summary, etc | Entender la objeción de conciencia como una garantía esencia de la libertad reconocida en el artículo 18 de la Constitución, permite afirmar la existencia, aun en los eventos no expresamente previstos por el legislador. Desde tal premisa se examina la posición asumida por la Corte Constitucional, que al limitar el ejercicio válido de la objeción solo a las hipótesis reguladas en la ley, desconoce a la libertad de conciencia su carácter de derecho fundamental de aplicación inmediata, reduciendo considerablemente su eficacia instrumental. |
