| Summary, etc | Resumen: La historia de nuestro país ha estado caracterizada en los últimos años por el fenómeno del Desplazamiento Forzado como una de las principales problemáticas de orden social, situación desde la cual la población civil ha estado expuesta constantemente a hechos de alto riesgo y tensión. Múltiples factores han propiciado la condición de desplazamiento, inicialmente el periodo de la llamada época de violencia, desalojo aproximadamente a mas dos millones de personas de sus tierras, los principales causantes del desplazamiento masivo fueron inicialmente los partidos políticos tradicionales de la época y posteriormente, los enfrentamientos entre los diferente grupos armados al margen de la ley y la fuerza publica. |
