| Summary, etc | Resumen El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar y demostrar cómo el proceso constituyente y la Constitución colombiana de 1991 presentan ya determinados rasgos que los diferencian claramente de la tradición constitucional occidental. Unos rasgos que serán desarrollados, posteriormente, por los procesos constituyentes y constituciones de Venezuela (1999), Ecuador (1998 y 2008) y Bolivia (2009), constitutivas de lo que se ha llamado el neoconstitucionalismo latinoamericano. En consecuencia, lo que se quiere demostrar en este trabajo es como el texto constitucional colombiano de 1991 supone el punto de inflexión que marca el inicio y establece las bases para el desarrollo en América Latina de una forma constitucional propia durante las dos últimas décadas. |
