| Summary, etc | RESUMEN Más allá del inventario de derechos reconocidos formalmente a las mujeres, es relevante señalar los avances en nuestro ordenamiento juridico hacia la igualdad efectiva,la cual ha sido materializada en las transformaciones y modificaciones que por vía constitucional se ha realizado a la legislación civil, penal y laboral. De igual forma, es importante darle mirada a los casos concretos donde por vía de tutela se ha protegido los derechos de las mujeres, ante amenaza o vulneración por patrones discriminatorios, que imponen diferencias injustificadas, innecesarias y por tanto, inconstitucionales a la vida de las mujeres. Lo anterior, a partir de un análisis sistémico de la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional y la protección al derecho a la igualdad y no discriminación. |
