| Summary, etc | Resumen Hans Kelsen y Carl Schmitt, dos de los pensadores más importantes del siglo XX, estudiaron el fenómeno de la soberanía desde ángulos diferentes y partiendo desde conceptos metodológicos distintos. A Kelsen le interesaba explicar la soberanía, mientras que a Schmitt le preocupó principalmente saber quién era el soberano. Este artículo se dividirá en cuatro partes: la primera es una breve introducción, en la segunda se estudiará el pensamiento kelseniano; en la tercera, se abordarán las ideas de Schmitt; y en la cuarta, se contrastarán las teorías de los dos autores. |
