| Summary, etc | Resumen Este documento presenta unas breves reflexiones sobre los efectos y consecuencias jurídicas en el plano del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos que podría traer un eventual desconocimiento por parte del Estado de Colombia de los fallos emitidos por la Corte de San José de Costa Rica en su función contenciosa, planteándose desde un principio que la obligación de acatamiento esta únicamente sometida al principio Pacta Sunt Servanda sin existir en el derecho regional ninguna otra disposición convencional que haga jurídicamente exigible dicha responsabilidad, por lo que académicamente se explora en el contexto del Derecho Internacional Público medidas jurídicas disponibles para lograr la efectiva observancia tanto de dichos fallos, como también de cualquier otro tipo de decisión jurídica emitida por los órganos encargados de proteger, promover y salvaguardar los Derechos Humanos en las Américas. |
